Our Story
Owner Kat Safi spent several years as a certified designer before getting her contractors license and merging both services to offer clients a full spectrum of renovation services under one roof.
By combining design, planning, sourcing, and contracting, Kat is able to ensure each client gets the highest level of service and attention, and in turn is able to deliver a beautiful project that is exactly what our clients envisioned.
Our philosophy at KatCo is to treat every client like family by creating timeless designs and renovations that are tailored to fit our clients lifestyle, needs and budget.

Design
Whether you know exactly what you want or you need a little inspiration, Kat will combine your vision with your needs as well as budget and carefully curate materials, thoughtful layouts, and unique design elements that reflect your personal style but more importantly will be practical for your family’s needs.
Build
Kat is a licensed contractor and has a team of experienced, licensed, and insured trades that deliver the high-quality craftsmanship for every project. We will provide a framework for each project and delivering timely, quality work is what we pride ourselves in.
